Installation:	For full information regarding installation and fitting please refer to our installation guide. Where carpet is installed over an underlay it is recommended that castor chair mats may be used. All carpets should be fitted in accordance with BS5325 2001: correct seam sealing adhesive is necessary to prevent seam breakdowns.

Maintenance:	Vacuum for normal day to day cleaning. Commercial cleaning or The Hot Water Extraction Method is recommended when required depending on local conditions. Due to dye lot variations, actual material may vary slightly from sample. Some cut pile carpets develop light and dark areas called “shading”. This is caused by some pile yarn changing direction which alters the way light is reflected or absorbed by the carpet, this is not a manufacturing fault.
